Are you a fan of ABC Family?

I sincerely hope I'm not the oldest person watching shows on ABC Family!  But, I gotta say I'm dying to find out who A really is on Pretty Little Liars (don't spoil it, I haven't had a chance to watch this week's episode!) and I am strangely addicted to the Secret Life of the American Teenager.  Not to mention Melissa & Joey is a must see and I really like Baby Daddy, too.


The Liars sets are just to die for.  And those clothes and bags!  I wish I had a personal stylist to dress me that well.  I will take a pass on the creepy texts from A, though.  But, yes, I would love to have the Hastings family kitchen!  Speaking of kitchens, I am in love with the blue gray cabinets on Baby Daddy and there is nothing I don't like in the kitchen on Melissa & Joey.  Those set designers need a big fat raise.  Or a gold medal.

But, the thing that kind of intrigues and really scares me is the drama on Secret Life.  There wasn't that much drama in high school when I was a high school student.  At least, I don't recall that much drama.  I guess I was lucky.  And my boyfriend didn't go to my high school.  And I didn't have a boyfriend until my sophomore year.  And I wasn't a teen mom.  So, yeah, I was lucky.  The thing is, if my kids were teenagers, I don't think I'd want them to watch this show.  It can't be a very accurate portrayal of teen pregnancy and it's barely touched on the topic of teen alcohol/drug use.  Maybe they'll give Ashley an addiction?  Either way, I like the show but I'm curious how parents with teens feel about it.
