I love Zombie movies. And Zombie movies give me nightmares so I rarely watch them!
If the name is any indication, I think Warm Bodies is going to be funny-scary, so maybe I can watch without nightmares.
Bonus, the movie is based on a book. I'm a big fan of movies based on books, don't you know? This ones already on my Amazon wish list.
I'll probably skip the theatrical release of this one, but I will most definitely be looking forward to it's DVD release sometime later this year!
Did you read The Passage? It's not zombies, it's vampire dudes but that book was AWESOME. :)

DeleteI love all things vampire, blame it on Anne Rice's Interview with a Vampire that I read back in high school. Guess the movie with Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise didn't hurt either! Oh, and would could forget Corey Haim in The Lost Boys, swoon!
Yes that's the one. It's really long but REALLY good. I think if you like the vampire stuff, that you'll enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, Anne Rice's Interview w/ a Vampire got to me, too. In fact, I was in college (hush, I'm old) and when my roommate and I were in New Orleans, we actually went to a grave yard to look for vampires! Dumb, silly 18-year olds! Still, it was fun. I think I read all of her books until the more recent ones. I liked the witch series of hers, too.
that new orleans trip sounds totally awesome! one day i will visit new orleans, probably not to search for vamps, but still, it's on my to-do list!
Deletelong books are great. and i'm always looking for something great to read. while looking at these two books, i also found out World War Z is a novel. love it!
