Came across a couple other organizations that you may want to make note of. I like to bookmark them and add them to Pinterest!
The first is called the Commonwealth Council on Developmental Disablities and is part of Kentucky's Cabinet for Health and Family Services. I'm a little sad to see that much of the website hasn't been updated since 2011. But was happy to find a link to the Exceptional Family KY online magazine!
Another site to check out is The Council on Developmental Disabilities. I didn't spend a lot of time persuing this site, but I have to say they could use a good spell check!
If you're not familiar with KY-SPIN, you definitely want to sign up for their e-newsletter. It's a great way to stay informed on things going on in special education.
This one isn't so much a bookmark, but a fun little quiz to see what you know and what you don't know. Take the Test Your IEP Knowledge quiz and then review the answers here.
