Procedural Safeguards (FYI: the copy of Procedural Safeguards I received this past Spring differs from the version available online. I find this interesting because the website was last updated in January 2010. A page by page comparison of the Table of Contents and the first several pages tells me that the online version is more visually appealing; larger font, better spacing, less cramped than the photo copied version I was provided at our ARC meeting.)
