I read on my ABC News app this morning that Donald Trump was going to make a big announcement today via Twitter. Like, a life altering announcement, or something. So, I finally got around to setting up a Twitter account (@mdbc77) in anticipation of whatever the Donald needed to announce. Then the appropriate time came and went for the announcement and I am just sitting here after reading it, thinking, is Donald Trump crazy?

I don't know what he thinks Obama is hiding, but he's put out some kind of triple-dog-dare to the president about releasing passport and college records. If the president releases the information, Mr. Trump will make a donation in the amount of five million dollars to charity. It felt kind of like a weird ransom note....release your personal records and no one gets hurt...err, I mean, I'll donate millions of dollars to charity....or else?
If Obama ignores, and I believe he will, this dare from Donald, what is Donald prepared to do? Does he already have the records, and he's just giving the president the opportunity to come clean before he really unveils something spectacular that he's dug up? What on earth could be hiding in his college transcripts and passport records? I mean, if you're willing to pay $5 million for information, you'd think it'd be pretty important, wouldn't you? Or, is Donald Trump just crazy as a loon, as they say.
